PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. STANDARD SHIPPING
All orders that are received by 2pm (EST) Monday to Friday, excluding observance of holidays, will be processed the same business day. All overnight orders that are shipped on Friday will be processed the following business day. All orders, including overnight orders, received over the weekend will be processed on the next Business Day. Please note processed means our design team begins work on the sign, but the general shipping time guidelines is still 12-15 business days.
2. SECURE PAYMENTS
VERVE HOUSE is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but vervehouse.co have developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure.

- vervehouse.co will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on vervehouse.co, registering for payments and contacting vervehouse.co directly.
- If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to vervehouse.co for investigation.
- If you receive a suspected spoofed co e-mail, or discover a fake vervehouse.co web site, please report the incident to vervehouse.co.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information
- WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FAIL?
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorisation to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorised. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorising your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
